Invest in this guide if you used to running 10km, & want to reach a 21km distance. There will be three runs and two homework workouts each week.

  • Dumbbells (2-5 kgs per DB)
  • Kettlebell (6-12 kg)
  • Excercise Mat
  • Box / Step or Sturdy Chair
